Thompson Management Associates Rebrands as SEVEN12 Management

Thompson Management Associates (TMA), a full-service association management company, just unveiled a new company name, SEVEN12 Management (SEVEN12). SEVEN12 will continue to offer exceptional programs for its many association clients, while also positioning the company for strategic growth and new service offerings.

TMA was founded in 1993 and currently services 14 associations and organizations, managing membership, marketing, communications, conventions, board development, education and financial functions, among other offerings. Gee purchased TMA in 2017 and working with SEVEN12’s CEO Molly Alton Mullins, has spent the past two years focused on innovating the company’s programs, while also launching new initiatives for clients.

“Our goal has been to look at everything we were providing to our clients and really think about how we could do it better,” said Molly Alton Mullins, SEVEN12 Management’s CEO. “We had the opportunity to completely revamp the programs we provided, as well as invest in new technologies and innovations that have really maximized our results. The clients couldn’t be happier, and we are continuing to try new things that bring added value to the changing association landscape.”

Looking ahead, SEVEN12’s directive is to build new services that not only benefit current clients but also prove desirable for new business prospects. These services include everything from online learning management systems to industry-specific public policy information to regional trainings and targeted communications. SEVEN12 is also well voiced in governance optimization and strategy development and offers the opportunity for prospective clients to select services à la carte, to offer the company’s expertise in targeted areas.
